For peeps finding the game too easy
As is with Gust tradition, I suspected there is a hidden difficulty only unlocked by clearing the game and there indeed is one. To get it without clearing the game, use Cheat Engine and add this entry in and set it to 4. Just copy the entire bunch of xml and Ctrl+V into Cheat Engine, it should be able to parse the thing.

Keep in mind that if you access Settings, the game will reset the difficulty back to Easy and you have to set it back again.

No, copy the entire code and Ctrl+V in cheat engine. But it's different in each game version and can't be used now. You can just do simple exact value search though. 1 byte value ranging from 0 (easy) to 3 (very hard), and charismatic difficulty is 4.
I wish I had knew this before. I already defeated Corleonis and the guy didn't last even 30 seconds. So pathetic for being a boss fight.

Tbh it doesn't change much. The overall difficulty of this game is so low you can steamroll the final boss on Charismatic with just one quality 999 item.
on the atelier (fan) discord, there's also a file you can replace to do the same, though as a more permanent solution.
