how to use camping set?

I crafted it and visited supposed to be campsite but I cant use the item from bag or action wheel.

Make sure it's in your exploration bag, not the basket.

yes, its with my bullets and other exploration stuff

You dont use the camping sets at the campsites. Campsites are just more buildable areas in the world.

It could be anywhere with wide open spaces. Not exactly sure what's the condition to deploy it but keep trying.

The only place so far where I could put down a camp was the first huge base that you unlock at the end of the demo. Which makes it kinda useless since you can just sleep on a bed instead. I guess to eat food for the buff?
