why the game don't let me set a warehouse ?
it looks grey color in the crafting bar (I've crafted one but still can't use it)

You have to build it from the Catalogue (the same place you go to use preset builds).
It's the same for Greenhouse that you'll get later.

Heads up: You can't have the Greenhouse and Storehouse in the same build zone.

Perhaps also important is that comfort level is disabled if you place these special buildings, which also means you can't get the comfort rewards.

If you want to get them you have to use the remove all function first, just removing the special building does not work.
