Can't claim pioneering rewards

I think I broke it. I forgot to talk to Erhard while in ligneus and now I'm in the second region and even though I have 86% completed pioneering for ligneus, he won't let me get any of the rewards for it, he only gives me the sivash rewards.

there will be a continuation of Ligneus Exploration a couple main quests into Sivash, where he becomes available in Ligneus again. play on and see if you can grab him then and there.
