We'll have to see when the full game releases if the core parking is fixed or not. If it doesn't fix maybe a solution could be using something like Process Lasso (or something similar) to force the game to only use the 3D cores.
I have a 7900X3D and I found out that if i left it by default (this means not checking in windows game bar the option to remind that this is a game) the game uses all my 12 cores and i get a very smooth experiences, It uses like 50 % of my total CPU.
But when I click that option in game bar it behaves like you explained in your other post. I did experience that in the open world it uses the 3D cores but randomly start using the remaining 6 introducing some big stutters.
This isn't a core parking issue, even if the games was parking the cores correctly there is still the prooblem of overusing the CPU and underusing the GPU
Example from someone using a 7800x3D which doesn't have a dual CCD

This isn't normal.
Don't consider asking for a refund, do it. I did. I have more powerful hardware and couldn't get anything decent without lag or stutters.
They'll get my money only if they improve the quality of the PC version. But it's gust, and gust has never fixed a single technical issue with their PC ports so yumia may be left as is.
Let's not forget it's the most expensive atelier game so far. They don't deserve our money if they don't do better. I'm sorry but this is also a skip for me (well I'm not sorry, they deserve mass refund requests even). This PC port not only looks bad, it also has the exact same technical issues previous games had. They never even considered fixing the basic issues from the other games.
The switch version is 20fps with drops though. You're not going to get even 30fps
It's really sad but did the same except I'm not playing elsewhere for now. They just won't get my money until they improve their PC porting skills. Ryza 3 will probably be my last PC atelier game if they still continue to refuse to provide better quality PC versions of their games in the near future. I'm tired and they aren't entitled to my money if they don't even care to put efforts into this version of the game.
I had a similar problem on my 2060 too, try lowering the textures to medium and restart the game, worked for me, althought performance is still not ideal.
Update: I noticed some drop on performance to the game when you play it for the second time, like after doing some small work or play couple of games before, and the game also stuttered a little. So yeah, it still need more polishing to be honest. I don't really want to restart my laptop just to play this game smoothly
Ryzen 5 5600H
RTX 3060
Max settings, 1080p, 60 fps capped, not dropping below 60.
GPU 7900 XTX
1440p Display
Keeps 144FPS
Dude holy crap you're right. I thought there was something wrong with my controller or the deadzones, because I tried playing at 120 and even 90fps and panning the camera never felt right. I just tested it at 60fps and it legitimately looks smoother than 120 did.....god it's so obvious this game was made with consoles in mind and the PC port was a afterthought.
