How's performance for everyone?
I'm on a 6700k and 1070 and dropping frames, I wonder if the day 1 patch will make a difference or should I just go console. Did Ryza 3 have any performance patches or did they just leave it as is?

i5-9400f, gtx1650
Tutorial area smooth 60fps on high setting 1080p
Open world area are badddd stutter and around 20fps all setting including lowest (everything low, and off) and 540p, battle stuck with no action, both enemies and character just idle, can open menu and stuff, but cant attack/flee
also both CPU and GPU on 90-100%
Demo ran fine, but on first time boot my controller wouldn't work, second boot the controller worked but the audio didn't. Third boot ran fine.

Some stutters when moving the camera around, no option for English dub, only has intel upscaler, no nvidia reflex option. Not the worst port we've seen but it does need patches.
On rog ally x around 40+ fps full hd
Setting meduim High texture
Motion blur off
Bloom off
tried the demo, not really satisfied. there is a time where camera is bugged, need to fully restart the game. The performance is just like other atelier games, I9-14900HX + 4060 + 32gb RAM and the game still run terribly in open world. The optimization is terrible, and the graphics is not really that satisfying.
With i5-13600K and RTX 4060, it ran great at 2560x1440 in the first tutorial area after some tweaking (turning off motion blur and dynamic resolution), but as soon as it got to the open area with sky and grass and everything, performance absolutely tanked, even at lowest settings and minimum resolution. I'm going to have to go play the console version.
i5-12600k and 4070 here, the game does not run well at all.

Only motion blur as usual is off and that weird option for reflects, for some reason it creates a ugly aura in characters models when the light reflects on them, the rest is maxed out (high) and in native, not using XeSS so the results: 90 to 144fps on a RTX 4060 + i3 13100F on 1080p, no stuttering, all smooth. Only 2 issues.

1. HUGE fps drops when the weather and time changes, so far only in morning and afternoon cause that as soon as the fog appears like from 101-120 to 65 for 10 seconds then goes up again then after like 5 minutes it happens again lol.

2. No Playstation Dualsense prompts, at least didn't manage to trigger or find a way for the buttons to show for my controller, only xbox but thats probably a Demo thing (i hope lol).

I also use a ps5 controller and can't get the correct glyphs to show.. this however seems to be common in atelier games on pc and I'm not very hopeful on them fixing this even if they already exist in the ps5 version of the game. I also have the same fps issues that you mention by the way.
Cpu: i7 9700f Gpu: RTX 2070 Super
At 1080p max settings I get mostly 60+fps and only get fps drops when the weather changes. The main thing that boggles my mind is the textures, I swear to god some textures are oddly blurry...
Runs fine for me, the rain effect they use is pretty ugly and that solar glare can be blinding at times.
turn off intel xess and restart your game. Worked for me and my friend. If you experience frame drops again after this potential fix for you, then save and return to title screen and continue. You should be golden again.
You better off xess is really bad made things ghosting

So far for me has been great.

I'm on a 7900X3D and a 5080. Playing at 1440p but i'm waiting for a ultrawide mod (my monitor res is 3440x1440p).

I do cap at 75fps cause that's my monitor's refresh rate. Every setting is on max except DOF and bloom cause i don't like them. Xess is at native resolution, so basically acting as AA. It's been a constant flat line for me.

What i did notice is that usually I have to open game bar and check the option to remind that this is a game (so that in the next boot it only utilizes the 3D cores, that's the catch of dual CC CPU's). It does that but it's not very effective, game is really trying to utilize all 12 cores. So i get some really annoying stutters when it switches and uses the other remaining 6 cores.

I had to uncheck on game bar that option and now the game really uses all cores and it's been really smooth this way. I think that it uses like 40 to 55% of all my CPU.

BTW. I really hope that there's a way to mod DLSS into the game since it can use Xess. Using DLAA and transformer model would make it look amazing.

I'm on a 7950x3D and a 4090, Game runs as smooth as butter and flawlessly no issues 1440p.
The dual CC issues have been long fixed a while ago, via an update to the mobo bios and installing the new AMD Chipset drivers. The lack of ultrawide is unfortunate though.

Also tried the Switch demo just to see how much was downgraded, and looks like im sticking to the PC version for this one. PC version is just Smooth 144fps and much more colorful even though I like collecting my physical games on there (Have all Atelier games on there and here.)

steamdeck performance so bad
RTX 3060 , kinda bad for now
I'm on a like 8+? year old PC with a Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core, and a GTX 1060 6GB
With whatever the default settings demo opened with are, the game works surprisingly fine, not perfect flawless, buttery smooth after getting into the overworld, but definitely more than playable. 1080p I believe.
