The franchise is known for doing light yuri teasing though.
There is another series, also from GUST, that have much stronger Yuri tendencies. These are the Blue Reflection series. The first Blue Reflection is only teasing a bit, but the second one, Blue Reflection Second Light, has literally a Yuri couple in it. If you like these kind of things and like Gust games, then these games are maybe for you.
Nights of Azure 1 and 2 are also pretty much into a Yuri couple being the main characters.
Totori and Mimi are even more blatant. Same with Plachta and Sophie.
Funny enough I can't think of any obvious pairings for the Dusk characters.
Highly disagree with Plachta & Sophie, they have a strong Mom/Daughter relationship, specially since Sophie never had a mother figure, other than her grandma who passed away in sophie's later teen years.
ayesha and keithgriff, escha&logy just like in the title, shallistera and her annoying bodyguard (i honestly forgot his name)
