how to get most the shame?

I need to get past level 4 so I need shame. Whats the best way to get shame?

She needs to be awake to increase shame (as well as Rage and Doubt/Certainty, so make sure Rage doesn't reach 100% and that Certainty doesn't reach 100%). The best Touch option is Lvl. 3, but it also vastly increases Rage and Doubt/Certainty, so mix in some Lvl. 2s to increase Shame at a higher percentage and Lvl 1 to decrease Rage and Doubt/Certainty.

Have not experimented much with tongue/sniff, but in order to minimize the amount of rage buildup, I generally only use "the lower head" when she has fallen asleep, stopping a tick or two after she wakes up.

if you keep doubt above 100% she wont go to sleep even if you max satisfaction

At Level 4 you can choose to start the massage with the bra off, which starts you with the Shame bar partially filled.

If you need her to wake up, at least in game version 1.1.8 trying to take off her panties will decrease sleep until she wakes up. You can also deliberately fail the Erotic Lvl. 2 actions. Failing them will only affect the resulting Satisfaction/Sleep, in this case they actually decrease. Doubt, Shame and Excitement will increase by the same amount whether you fail any of the massage checks.

Edit: forgot to mention that trying to take off her panties while she's asleep doesn't use any time. This might be unintended though.
