It's not moonlight sonata. I think it is some famous classical piece though.
The credits say "Music (Sixteen Waltzes, Op. 39) which is Brahms.

We also have Mozart's String Quartet no 19, Sixteen Waltzes by Brahms like @moop mentioned, and Tomaso Vitali's Ciaccona performed by Paul Pitman ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2G6tXPslgYQ ).
Would be most cool to get this all sorted out into a little embedded music-player. We don't have many UI elements though, so that might be a bit of a pain. I did this for another game a while back & people loved it. Hopefully will add that eventually!
