Emerald Blade?

Increases the appearance of Items. Does this means the blade increases chance of dropping more Ingots/ Food/ Gems? Or Weapons/ Armors/ Accesories are also included in this items pool? I think I'm using the blade wrong because it's more useful against enemies that drop consumables instead of gear. I'm I wrong? Thanks!

From what I recall, the knife only affects the common and rare item drops that are listed in the Bestiary when you get them. That can include weapons, armor, food, and ingots. The gem and gold drop logic is different, and there's other weapons that affects their drop rate.
