Blue items?

So, I've been playing a lot today and I just got a blue item from an enemy. Thing is it was a blue set of Brass Knuckles when I already had a bunch of normal whites. I wanted to ask how rare these were and if the stats these blue items boost are random. The Brass Knuckles I got raise my Int by 2, which I found interesting. I later also got myself a blue Turban, which raises my Str by 1. Should I bother farming these items or just use the few I get while farming drops? I'm a bit of a completionist, so I like to farm enemy drops, if just to fill out the bestiary.

I'm also curious if there's other ways to get these blue items, like if they can be rarely crafted. And if there's other color rare items I should be on the lookout for.

Hi! Blue and Gold items can only be dropped by enemies or found in chests. Whether an item becomes Rare or Legendary is random (your LCK and LVL do have some influence however), and so are the points applied upon it. If you chose to farm all gold items you are in for some work :)
