Now that Magic Knife uses 2 mana, what do you think is the best magic weapon?

I only use Knives and Axe.

I only used Knives versus everything else, Shurikens vs 3rd, 5th and 6th bosses.

Also, priest robe keeps the cost 1.

I've still been using the Knives most of the time but I think Molotovs have the potential to do the most damage if the enemy isn't moving around a lot. Just destroyed the 4th boss with it: https://gfycat.com/SmugSparklingBellfrog (Spoiler warning: shows the 4th boss)

Knives kind of have a small damage output per projectile, while also being expensive to upgrade to 3 which isn't even a good thing because of the way the level 3 knives behave.

Overall I mostly end up using moltovs for pure damage whilst second place being debatable between shurikens and axes because final shuriken upgrade can be a consistant x3 hits while axes may be more powerful but possibly only hit twice.
