Is Good Samaritan Achievement Broken?

"Complete all villager sidequests."

I pretty much did all Sidequests, but I have a question: There's a NPC in the left door of the house? Because I pretty much rescue all vilagers (looking to the list and Achievement) but no one stays in that room, I will assume that's my room.

Talk to the potion girl again once you've given her every recipe. This was what messed me up.

Left room is Basden's room (science guy you rescued first).

oh also after you save and complete everyones questring the bell in front of the old man if you dont you wont get the achivement anyways.

I didn't understand.

The old man that gives you the key to open the mines in the first place. He comments about your progress in rescuing the villagers. Find all the villagers and he gives you a ring.

I know that.
I already know what I did wrong to don't get the Achievement,
there's more recepies to the potion maker.
I didn't get all of them, that's why I didn't get it.
In fact, I didn't know she would count as,
I thought it would counter only those "1 item" only.

But that's ok, I'm playing again for the second, and last time, to do all Achievements.

That did the trick. Ring for each missing person found. The list on the wall should have all name struck.
