Where should I start into the game?
We recommend that you should start with the ingame tutorial to get the basic information. After that you might want to start with the actual game.

Is it multilingual? What languages are available?
DIG IT! A Digger Simulator is multilingual and is available for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish + Korean + Russian + Japanese + Polish + Turkish + Brasilian Portugese

What are the exact minimum system specs for this game?
Operating system: Windows® Vista/7/8 # AMD/Intel quad-core processor running at 3.2 GHz (Intel Core i5 2nd gen or AMD FX 8350 or newer architectures are recommended) # 4 GB RAM or better # Hard disk: Minimum 3 GB free hard disk space # DVD drive: Minimum 16 x # ATI/NVIDIA dedicated or mobile graphic card with at least 1GB of dedicated VRAM and with at least DirectX 9.0c and Shader Model 4.0 support. Which information should I provide when I need to contact the support?
Please provide a short problem description and a DxDiag text file incl. your system configuration. This will help the developers to take a deeper look into the specific problem.

My Game crashes upon start – what can I do?
The game has been tested on many different OS/PC configurations in order to minimize this issue. But it can happen that some user has an untested setup. If you are having problems with crashes upon start it might help to deactivate the antivirus programs or other running programs.

I've bought the game but Steam says "Requesting Key"

My PC runs on 32-Bit and I can't configure the graphic options - what can I do?
Currently the game my cause crashes when running on a 32-Bit system. In order to prevent that we created a hot-fix that automatically sets the graphic options to minimum. We are already working on a fix for that. We will keep you updated on the situation.

Gameplay

How Can I activate the cockpit view?
Simply Press F4 ingame. To get back press F4 again.

How can I turn the Lights ON/OFF?
Simply press F7 ingame. To turn the lights off press F7 again.

How can I change the current bucket attachment?
In order to change the current bucket attachment make sure to buy different buckets in the shop. While in mission simply Press F9 to detach the bucket attachment. Then hover over another attachment to attach it.

Can I play missions several times?
Yes you can! You can play a mission as often as you want.

there is no dirt in my bucket

Mine neither, I made it thru mission one and two, the third one simply does not work, no matter what shovel I attach, it just wont dig anything and it appears there are several users experiencing this issue.....please advice!

In the missions with the biggest digger, with the special bucket, the bucket won't open with F and R or any other button while having the controls set to mixed.
