Can I uprade Arzuna to gold?
In Arzuna's 2nd request, I can't get approved even when my character got 11 charisma and influence above 15. What should I do?

The referenced CHA score is the sum total of the items. You need two gold items whose CHA scores add up to 10 or greater. The only really feasible way is to get the golden bird event and use that with some other gold CHA item.

So basically it's just because of phrasing: 2 items CHA sum, not the character CHA point. I get it now. Thank you.
