music is glitching like crazy

music works perfectly in cutscenes but when it comes to the game it just starts turning itself off and on until it completely disappears and its really killing the vibe for me. i just wanted to play this again after so many years to revive some memories but without music its just not it. if someome knows how to fix this issue please tell me how, i would really appreciate it

audio enhancements seem to be turned off so i don't think that's what making the music glitch. but thanks anyway (B

nvm i just reinstalled the game with win7 compatibily mode activated and it works now

go into system, then sound, then find more sound settings, then click recording and activate stereo mix/make it standard.
this should help. if not, try activating mono sound at the normal settings

thanks a lot, i already managed to fix it tho by reinstalling the game with win7 compatibility mode

i think so! just go to the game's files and find the .exe file, right click then go to propeties and you'll find a "compatibility" button at the top, click it and there'll be a checkbox that says something like "launch with compatibily mode" and there you can choose the windows version you want, i personally used windows 7 but you can try a different one! after that all i did was reinstall the game and it worked perfectly, hope this helps ;DD
