Technically, there's also Dead or Alive Paradise on PSP, it came out in 2010.

Porting Xbox games to PC is not hard. If not sure whether it will sell why not Kickstarter? If enough people will buy it to pay for a port Tecmo has nothing to lose.

Because Kickstarter is for small time developers, really (Indie game devs, average joes trying to cheapen 3D printer costs, average janes with expensive cameras).

+1 to it, I finally got my hands on a second hand DOA Xtreme 2, just to found the darn game can't be installed on the XBOX360 HDD.

PC would be the ultimate heaven for DOA Xtreme.
