Intel Core 2Duo E6750 2.7GHz
4Gb RAM
any help?

i run it on Win7x32. There are times i'm getting this stupid message even though i have pretty much closed every other applications.

Win7x64 uses 1Gb RAM(of 4) and runs game perfectly
WinXP uses 350mb RAM and shows error
both results on the same computer

#1 Dead or Alive Last Round – Insufficient Memory Fix
If you are using a 32-bit operation system and you have more than 2GB of memory installed, you could get this error. In order to fix it, use the following steps:

In the start menu, type cmd to find the command propmpt.
Run it as ‘administrator’.
Once the command prompt is open, you need to type the following:

CODE: SELECT ALL
bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072

After that, you need to restart your PC.

This should fix the insufficient memory issue. Obviously, you actually need to have more memory to make it work.

4gb is low and need more. game work for restart pc and not use any program
