Fightstick button mapping???

Before anyone yell: ''JUST USE A CONTROLLER'' i do have a normal Xbox 360 controller that works with my pc yes.

Ive been trying to play with my friend locally, and since i dont have 2 controller, i used my fightstick plus my controller. Thing is, DOA recognize my Stick as a normal Controller when its not. My RT and LT buttons ( bottom left ) are not existent and by default, put some command on the start button???

That brings me to the second point which is, i have no menu control with the stick.

Whether on training or in a fight, i cant bring up the menu at all. Despite the fact of having 4 buttons at the top of my stick ( Home, select, Turbo, Mode) Doing absolutely nothing, thats beside having my start button put as a hit move.

So yea, was wondering if it was just me or its really unplayable with a Fightstick, i imagined some people must want to play with those instead...

It's the same with the XBox One controller. The LT and RT buttons are not working.
The game recognise the BACK and START buttons as LT, RT and the L3, R3 as BACK and START.
XBox 360 controller is working perfectly though. It's weird that DoA seems to be the only game I have that doesn't support the LT, RT buttons

Same in my arcade stick Hori VX-SA... i hope some patch will fix it

what stick are you using? Aren't you able to customize it through the custom preset?

my hori is also not working as expected. the start/back LT and RT are confused.

I have a Hori V4 Hyabusa, I have yet to test it but I will report my results once I get back home.

i ended up using the custom setting to get something bearable, but because it wont let me map LT its a bit awkward.

I'm guessing that Xbox does not work cause when I tried PS3 version on my dual modded stick it works fine but 360 no

I used my qanba q4 in xbox360 mode and it worked perfectly on the fly. Only problem i found is that "demonstration" in technique practice is performed by R3 button which doesn't exist on stick.

I'm Using a madcatz round 1 and round 2 stick i have had no problems. Just in case anyone else was wondering.
