reason, it be a game 18+, are two words: Ryonas and necklines. A generation ago and early xbox360, there was not much sensuality, since the characters still looked like polygons (almost any definition of the character was very simple ...). DOAX2 on XBOX360 is 12+ for UE, but 18+ for Japan and USA.
DOA5 is 16 for UE, but 18+ for USA and Japan

its really tame. Dead Space and Ninja Gaiden should be true 18+ but this is just boobs and combat violence, no decaps and no blood splatter. This is like a walk through the park compared to Mortal Kombat :))
