It says there's 209 items in there but it also says you only need Core Fighters. I'm sure that's true but I bet you don't get 209 *usable* items with just Core Fighters. Frankly, that's begging for a lawsuit.
Then it lists off all this stuff from older versions of the game by name. Are we supposed to google them up ourselves?

$39.99 for what appears to be everything?
Don't bother with this set. It's mostly a mix match of different DLCs without actually having all of their content. They can't list all the DLCs that are part of it because it's simply not truly a DLC bundle.
I was liking the way they were releasing the DLCs in PC as was not so confusing as in PS3 that is a ton of hundreds of DLCs and that you could end easily purchasing the same thing more than one time. Now with this DLC we have now the same problem making it almost impossible to have all the content without wasting money on duplicated content.
That's the part where you go to the store page and do something called "reading". The content is all listed there, I'm sure you know what you already have in the game, right?
* Preorder set (Because I preordered).
* Naotora and Mai (50% off thanks to Mexican regional price).
* Tropical Paradise costume and movie set (40% off + 50% off on top of that thanks to Mexican regional price).
* Fun Theme set (Same as the previous one).
I read the description before creating this discusion. The problem is that their list do not match the DLC names. And those names look more like specific clotes and not like a package in specific. But if this is so clear for you, then can you please paste here the equivalent in DLC name of what is listed there?
The description list is:
・Hot Getaway
・School Uniforms
・Pop Idols
・Ultimate Sexy
・Tropical Sexy
・Private Paradise Movies (excluding Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu, and Honoka)
・Debut Costumes (Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu)
・Nurse
・Training Gear
・Overalls
・Bathtime & Bedtime
・Maid Uniforms
・Sexy Bunny
・Halloween 2014
・Police
・Christmas
I have also calculated which DLCs are included, and it appears that the DLCs are incomplete, so if someone purchase this big package will miss content in the other DLCs and then will end having to purchase duplicated content to get the missing content:
This package seems to include:
- Fun Theme Set
- Halloween + Debut Costume Set, and will miss 5 Honoka Debut Costumes (Nurse, Cheerleader, Maid, Santa's Helper, Sexy Bunny)
- Variety Costume Set, and will miss 30 Ninja Clan costumes and 8 Showstoppers Encore costumes
- Tropical Paradise Costume & Movie Set, and you will miss 4 Showstoppers costumes, 4 New Challengers costumes, 2 Last Getaway costumes and 4 Premier Sexy costumes
Also, after calculating the total of those DLCs and excluding the missing content, it gives a total of 213 items, and this package says that contains 209 items, so there are other 4 items that this package will miss and those ones are Private Paradise Movies for Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu, and Honoka.
This pack is mostly for the people who never purchased a costume pack to begin with and wants a more varied pack. If you purchased something in the past then your best bet is to just ignore it. I honestly suggest you to not to buy it at all if that's the case.
In terms of equivalents, unless you actually purchased almost all the costumes packs that aren't part of a collab pack (Collabs being the KOF, Senran Kagura, Falcom packs and so on) then you really shouldn't have any trouble keeping track of what you already own.
Like... Do you really need the name of a particular DLC in order to know if you own the police costumes? How can you own that costume set without knowing it since it's part of a rather expensive pack to begin with? Worst case scenario, launch the game and check the costumes although the most you would need to do is to just check the store page for the DLCs you have.
No, I do not need the list anymore.
As you can see, I have created it already. I needed to go DLC by DLC and see what it contained, etc, to create what i posted before.
But that was additional work, that could be avoided if they just post a better description to know the exact content.
But anyways. Just for anyone that came here to know if purchase this one or not, here is the answer:
DOA5LR Ultimate Content Set is exactly:
- Fun Theme Set (full)
- Halloween + Debut Costume Set, excluding 5 Honoka Debut Costumes (Nurse, Cheerleader, Maid, Santa's Helper, Sexy Bunny)
- Variety Costume Set, excluding 30 Ninja Clan costumes and 8 Showstoppers Encore costumes
- Tropical Paradise Costume & Movie Set, excluding 4 Showstoppers costumes, 4 New Challengers costumes, 2 Last Getaway costumes, 4 Premier Sexy costumes and 4 Private Paradise Movies (Marie Rose, Phase 4, Nyotengu, and Honoka)
If you are planning to have all the content, avoid purchasing this one. If you have already purchased Fun Theme Set, Halloween + Debut Costume Set, Variety Costume Set, and Tropical Paradise Costume & Movie Set, you already have all what is in this package.
