game crash every time i try to play it

idk why i try to win all survival challenge and when i finish 3 players the game crashed any idea why?

1. Game can crash because of mods.
2. Maybe some corrupted files, so you can try to re install game again.
3. Try to reset settings in Nvidia (3-d tab) /AMD control panel.
4. Also i noticed, that some of my DLC can force ppl to crash online for some weird reason. Maybe, if bots in survival use this costumes, they can crash game too, do not know. I play DOA5 only in training/ranked.

first i just install the game yesterday and i have no mods in it
i wont re install it again i have limited GB internet i wont spend it on game like this
played many games on steam this is first game giving me hard time by crashing every single time
i dont have dlc yet
i will verify the game and see if it works
