Tropical Paradise movies aren't playing
When I initiate any of them, it's just an idle animation of the girl with an occasional stretch. How do I make them actually play the clip? In case there's interference, I do have THE mod installed.

You have to select a scene using specific keys. F9, F10, and F11 are "parent" keys while numbers and letters are "child" keys.
For example, any time before initiating a scene, hold F9 and then press 1 while still holding F9. You should get a "beep" if you did it correctly, and the corresponding scene will play once you select a character and their outfit/hairstyle/sweat level. (Sweat controls tan level). Note that you can't change to another scene while already in a scene, though you can still buffer the selection, and once you back out of the current scene and re-initiate, it will play the newly selected scene. Hope this helps!
Thx. I managed to figure that out via Paradise Beach's readme file for its new movies, but doesn't the DLC itself have little movies it comes with? It would seem really bizarre to have them under such arbitrary key prompts.
Ohh, you must be talking about the *original* movies that come with the Private Paradise DLC? I think they get overwritten in the process of installing the Beach Paradise mod. The only time I recall accessing them was before the mod, so your best bet is to watch them on YT or some other place (unless you do a fresh, vanilla install of the game). With that fresh install they MIGHT be in the "movie" folder inside the main "Dead or Alive 5 Last Round" folder but for me those are just cutscenes from the story. The DLC folder seems to be a dead end as well.

Alrighty, that's exactly what I needed to know. No big harm done. Thanks a lot.
