Pixel Perfect Resolution Problem

Ok so:
My laptop screen has a resolution of i think 1366 x 768, which i think is somewhat big.
yet the game claims that its not a pixel perfect resolution, and that it may "stretch" if i dont force it.
but when i DO force the pixel perfect thingy, the game basically turns into what appears to be a 800 x 600 box with blackness around it in the middle of the screen.

Do i have to have an enormous screen (like 1900 somethin) to get the pixel perfect Res?

The game is designed for 1920x1080 for pixel perfect display. Other resolutions are scaled and won't look as good.
