Need help with Rock Candy PS3 Controller for ETG [PC]

Hi,
I need some help getting my Rock Candy PS3 controller working for Enter the Gungeon on PC. Only the right joystick works, allowing me to move around but not shoot or roll. Steam recognizes the controller and I am able to use it to navigate Steam in Big Picture mode. I tried the controller on another game, Legend of Dungeon, and it worked nicely with no immediate issues. This leads me to believe the issue is with Enter the Gungeon not recognizing the controller for some reason. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hmm, that controller may not be directly supported by our input library. You can try enabling support for unknown controllers ("-allowunknowncontrollers", more info here, beta access is no longer required) and binding the buttons yourself manually.

I put in the launch command, updated to beta, launched the game and it worked! Spent about an hour playing with the controller and didn't have any issues. thanks!
