WHY CANT I USE THE TELEPORTER????

just got the game (pc) everytime a teleporter comes up i cant use it....i hold tab and the map comes up but it has nothing in it??? help plz

Try adding "-force-d3d11" to the Launch Options in Steam and see if this corrects the issue.

i figured it out exit fullscreen then reenter fullscreen
