I have the same problem, although it's a screen juke/constant stuttering every other second or so. I've looked into solutions and nothing has worked, I'm fairly convinced it's a problem on the developer's end, because I've seen other complaints like ours and I've had plenty of experience dealing with performance problems with different games. Normally I'll find a workaround or a solution, but not with this game.
It's either going to be fixed in a game patch, or the developers are going to pretend they don't know anything about this or want to fix it, considering they have their money and this affects only a small number of the playerbase.
Thanks
I have a GTX 970 and I've seen one or two other posts from users with the same. If I had to make a guess, I'd say it wasn't a specific nVidia series, but I have noticed it seems GTX shows up a lot.
Hoping for a fix for this in 1.09 or even 1.1.
Unfortunately, we're at a bit of a loss to address this problem... we have never experienced it ourselves, are unable to reproduce the issue on any machine we've tested on, and don't know what would be causing it. If you can send us a log file of the issue, there may be information contained that will help us track this down. I don't know if this is related or not, but every time we push a patch we get one or two people who contact us about a sudden change in performance, but this has always been fixed in the past by simply reinstalling the game.
I realize this isn't the most helpful answer, but we'll take a look at any logs you can provide and hopefully come up with some more data!
Sorry about that, we're a small team and have been pretty focused on this next update. Email is usually the best place to reach us, but we try to respond on the steam/gog forums and on the Gungeon subreddit!
I get 60. That's eighty frames a second less. Of course I grew up on Happy Wheels with a 30 frames per second lock, so meh
I switched to chrome and game doesn't lag anymore when I watch a video.
