Infinite Spawning Misfire Beast

If the Yellow Chamber charms the Misfire Beast's second form (the one that spawns the one that attacks you) and if you don't kill it by the end of the room, there is a chance the tentacles won't kill the beast after the room is cleared and it will stay until you either find it and kill it or kill the first form in the room so the tentacles re-activate.
