Cannot reload Yari Launcher duct taped to Vulcan Cannon.

It seems like the is some clip value you have to go below before the Vulcan cannon allows you to reload it, so you're left with a Yari launcher that usually only has one clip per fight.

i've tested it and this is what i got:

1. you can only reload the vulcan cannon 3 times and get the yari shots before it bugged out and you cant reload anymore
2. however, dropping and picking up the gun resets the YL rockets allowing you to constantly fire the rockets without reloading

It seems like once you get below about 800 rounds of ammo you can no longer reload, I believe this is related to the VC clip size change in the last patch.

Dang, guess I'll stick to taping it into beams in the future as well.

It appears to be a fundamental flaw of the game mechanics - If a weapon is duct taped, always allow reloading.
