Three smoke bombs in one run?

Triple items? wut, wut, wut.
First smoke bomb from level one maybe secret room chest or maybe boss.
Moved that to shop keeper and sold my supply drop to creep. (maybe dropping items relists items?)
Second smokebomb from loot box at gun fairy and shadow magician.
Now third one from beholder victory. :D

devs admit, there is a trolling mechanism in Gungeon. I smell !
Would be nice if those bombs stacked.
