My list of bugs and game breaking glitches
I have about 150 hours of play of into the Gungeon, most of which is through co-op. I have encountered more bugs in the last 15 hours of playing than all the other time put together. I don't know if anyone will do anymore work on the game since it has been fully released for some time now but here are some of game breaking or frustrating bugs I have run into in the last couple days.

The most prevalent annoyance would be the game overriding the selected controls for player 1 and 2 when a controller is plugged in. The game always wants the controller player to be player 1 and will take any opportunity to switch the controls between the players such as when someone selects a character, or connects through remote play, or plugs in a controller. It is easy enough to switch back if you know what's going on but it is mighty frustrating.

The second most prevalent issue would be the shared inventory bugging out and splitting up between co-op characters. While it seems like every shell and key picked up IS counted, they become only usable or spendable by ONE of the two characters. This screws up the key and shell count display and can prevent a character from buying items from the store even when the display shows more than enough shells to purchase. This significantly affects gameplay as players now have to focus on positioning themselves after a floor is cleared to try to spread the money between them. Failure to do so can screw you in the later game when you need to buy hearts and ammo. The impact also comes from not knowing how much currency you actually have. The display might show 3 keys and 80 shells, and then picking up another key might make the display show 1 key and 0 shells.

The 3rd bug softlocked the game when I died as the Paradox but the game still showed me as having 1 heart left. Each chest my co-op partner opened from that point on stayed the same colours as they were but would shoot confetti when opened (as if reviving a character) and his health would go to full (which was significant as he now had 7 heart containers with me dead. We were on the final floor of the game fighting the Lich . My co-op partner made it to the 2nd stage of the Lich whereupon he died. The game did not end however and were were both playing as the ghosts of dead characters. We noticed that the ghost blank effect does a little bit of damage and so spent the next few mins blanking the health of the boss down until it was dead. This took us to the 3rd stage of the Lich when right as the fight was about to start the camera panned left all the way through multiple rooms back to the place where he had died and the game should have ended. The camera just sat there, effectively soft locking the game.

The final bug seemed to be maybe using the Teleporter prototype in co-op while a character was scrolling through their guns. The game went into slow motion and stayed in slow motion through the teleport up until the weapon select button was pressed. However the controls of player 2 no longer worked. We both tried controlling the character with keyboard and xbox controller but the character could no longer interact with the game. Couldn't move, open inventory, map, or even the game menu to pause or adjust settings.

I have submitted output logs to Dodge Roll's bug report email for the 3rd and 4th bugs. I was wondering if anyone has encountered anything similar to the things I have mentioned.
