Ox arm replacement error

If you clear all rooms in the Forge and then try to start the arm quest by talking to the Blacksmith, the arm will automatically be carried by the Dead Blow (hammer) in the trap room that always spawns. Since it is a trap room, the Dead Blow won't disappear and drop the arm, forcing the player to restart if they want to do the quest.
