Yellow chamber glitch

the yellow chamber doesnt seem to manage to kill the charmed enemies all of the time ive noticed in recent runs. At first I saw it happen with a spider so i assumed it was something to do with the spider's teleportation that bugged it out, but after that it started happening with other enemies as well. To clarify, the room opens and i can leave freely, but the charmed enemy remains in the room and can be killed, but does not have to die for you to be able to leave.

I dont think thats the whole issue seeing as for me it has failed to kill several bullet-kin and even a shotgun kin, in addition to flying enemies.
