I accidentally found an exploit with the meatbun
I killed the boss on the first floor and then ate the meatbun ( I was misiing one heart) activating double damage and then I saved and quit, when I returned and got hit by an enemy I still had double damage for basically the rest of the run

guess the saving registers the double damage but not what cancels it.

probably, I hope it gets patched quickly because people will overuse it
