laser rifle weirdness

Hi, I had something strange happen when playing earlier with the laser rifle.

I was in a heated fight and it just stopped shooting. fire button wouldn't do anything, reload wouldn't do anything. still had over 70 shots left. This went on for about 3-4 seconds until I switched weapons. When I did, the laser rifle fired one beam immediately before the weapon swap animation. I finished the fight with the other weapon and switched back tot eh laser rifle and it worked fine from then on. The only non-gun item I remember having was ghost bullets. With about 250 hours in the gungeon and probably a good 15 or so using laser rifles, this was the only time I've seen this happen so it might just be some bizarre edge case. Regardless, I thought you might want to know.
