I'm not sure I like the new art style plus i think it will make modded characters more difficult to create cause making 3d models is harder than altering a sprite sheet. but other than that im super excited for gungeon 2.

Well, wow, wasn't expecting this at all. I love the simplified topdown graphics style when it comes to battling and gameplay edit: in the original, so not too excited off this short clip but whatever, it can be fun I guess.

What a horrifically lazy artstyle. Unoriginal and bland. The whole '3D' thing doesn't automatically make a game look good. The whole artistic charm of Gungeon 1 was the retro aesthetic.

i really hope they still do as good on this one, regardless of the art it seems just a very odd angle and looks messy to avoid anything. feel like this will be like how frost punk 2 did where it just felt nothing like the orginal

I have to be honest, I was really hoping to see Dodge Roll try their hand at something else. Endless sequelization gets tiresome, even with a good franchise.
