What is this grey room?

Looks like you found a Gungeon Map as one the your items. Look for hidden doors in all the rooms adjacent to the "grey" room.

It's a hidden room. It looks like the green chest room's left wall is the entrance to it. Shoot it with a gun that's not your starter pistol and you will see the wall crack. Use a blank or the basic bomb active item to open it.
