The bullet. It's op.
*I forgot to mention his other passive with lets him use 2 active items. This is incredibly useful
Worst character is probably the Convict since her passive is useless especially if you're aiming to not lose any health, which is what you're supposed to do when you play the game. Her shotgun and pistol is good though, but her active is pretty mediocre and i always end up selling it or switching it with almost any other active. Once the creep comes i sell all that ♥♥♥♥ so i guess that's a good thing. She's good early game in a run of course since she has so much stuff but for better players her appeal wears off. She isn't terrible to be honest, but the least best gungeoneer compared to all the others.
At least the convict has some history, being one of the reasons a boss dps cap was needed (due to abuse of the enrage from being hit, look it up if you haven't seen it)
My favorite characters are all the non starting characters lol. They're just all better in their own way, and junk collecting with robot is extra fun.
Pilots beginning game is so incredibly weak I can still feel the pain from floor 1 long after.
Also I think his past is also the hardest, hated that one.
