Why does no one like the T-Shirt Cannon?
I've gotten it a handful of times and it's amazing. Any room with a pit in it essentially means you OHKO enemies because they get knocked into the pit.

What other guns do you like for certain situations/strategies?

The Ant gun imho it's pretty bad too, shoot the liquid, reload and then shoot the fire to ignite it. And it's not like enemies on fire take huge damage.

I knida like it, but with so many bullets flying at me it feels like it takes forever for enemies to die lol. I wonder if +Damage items affect the DoT from poison/fire.

The molotov is fine, but that weapon requires to go through a long process just to ignite enemies; more often then not it seems to create a huge mess where you risk to take some hits while basically every other gun can take care of the enemies in a faster and more intuitive way.

It's still a cool idea tho, but i just don't like it.

I love firebombing things, but I don't use it that much because it really does take forever to recharge. It's great on chokepoints, and for leading enemies into the blaze though.

It recharges fast while fighting bosses because of all the shooting, but there it's less useful if the enemy moves around a lot. But at least minions suffer from it.

I don't know that I had several guns enough to comment on them, but yeah generally anything heavy knockback is great for pits. But plenty of rooms don't have pits and bosses.

Still, I've used the shirt cannon to beat at least 1-3 bosses without issue. It probably wouldn't win any 'Top x' gun lists I would make and I don't really purchase it, but it is functional if it drops.

I also enjoy the ant gun for the snake boss, just don't be silly and block your only way out (unless you have fire immunity).

Having several quicker guns and blasting through one until hitting the reload point then swapping to another gun to blast away and then back to the already reloaded first gun is a fine enough strategy. Can do that with convict easily enough right off the bat, but have to watch distance with shotty.

The knockback is good, but the damage isn't so great :l

Damage sucks on t shirt cannon, knock back is great. I'll never use it on a boss unless it's a last resort, and I'll basically never buy it in a shop either. I don't think it's that good to buy it.

The damage is basically starter pistol, but it's got unlimited range so I like it for that alone. Like you said, it's exceptional in rooms with ledges. I'm not upset when I get a T-Shirt Cannon out of browns, but it's not worth buying from the shopkeeper.

Agreed.

It's not bad it just isn't that good either.

If you knock enemys into the pit,you got no money. Is a huge drawback.

Any money that falls into pits spawns on top of you and is picked up.

Ant Gun is a phenomenal room clearer. Early on you can clear a room with a few careful shots; honestly if you get fire bullets it's just pure OP.
