Riddle of Lead passive?

Anyone know what this item actually does? The most obvious effect is faster dodge roll/running speed, I assume it must do more as well. Also while killing enemies I get a music note above my head and it plays a special sound effect.

EDIT: answered my own question by playing some more, the note seems to be some sort of kill combo effect, it changes colors from blue to red the more kills you get without getting hit and without switching guns (switching guns from picking up a new one doesn't break combo though), the higher combo you get the more damage you do to a pretty insane amount. The passive besides increasing movement and roll speed also seems to increase luck quite a bit, as I'm getting a lot more drops than normal.

It just seems to give a lot of passives in one item that you can get through other items. (the combo effect is the same as the metronome)

It's probably the best passive in the game, which makes sense, since you have to go through hell to get it.
