Prime Primer?
Many items have no info on what they actually do. On top of my head I remember the Prime Primer and Ballot. Any idea what they do? Or is it that they can unlock/activates something?

The prime primer is used to make the bullet that can kill that past, which you need to make after you get the gun. [/quote]

Ah, ty. Any idea what the ballot does?
Prime Primer has a use if you bring it to the NPC in Chamber 5.

I know nothing of the Ballot, sorry.

The ballot increases the coolness stat, which is cooldown + luck I think.
Okay. I would like if there was any info ingame though. Feels kinda strange that you get plenty of items with no clear worth, even when checking the gunbook ingame. TY for the answers!
The coolness stat improves cooldowns?!

I should have known it would be a pun.

Yeah I wish it was more descriptive too, but at least some of it is kinda funny. :)
True. "Barrel" made me smile the first time I fired it.

They tell you exactly what they do. The Prime Primer gives you a passive that doubles the bullets of any gun you pick up, and it's "a bullet component" which is something the game expressly tells you about eventually.

The Ballot ups your cool factor, because voting is cool. Before you go "pfft that's dumb", coolness is actually a hidden stat the game keeps track of and does tangible things. This I will actually spoiler: "Cool" is essntially luck. Drops are slightly better and more plentiful the more it goes up.

As far as I remember the description says nothing about the double bullet amount on the prime primer. And I should be clear with that I don't mind the game being cryptic, but at times I think it is overdone.
