Switching weapons.

I've killed the past for two characters already but still find it annoying to always cycle through tons of weapons to get to the onces i need. While they are automatically asigned to number keys, it's not helping too much when i have like 9 weapons in my inventory.
The time slowdown when holding ctrl is nice and all, but I still have to cycle through weapons to get what i need...

Is there a way to alternate beween couple favorite weapons or maybe bind weapons i need to certain keys? That would make life so much easier... I haven't seen anything like that in controls options.

Yeah, interested in that one as well. I saw a little 'House' icon on a few guns a couple of times and thought that it was a 'favorite' item or something, but couldn't figure out how to actually switch between them.

If you hold down the weapon key so you get the selection wheel, it favorites your current gun and whatever gun you switch to. From then on, tapping the weapon button toggles between the two. To change your favorites, do the same thing (selection wheel to go to and from your favorite two).

Alternatively, you can just drop the guns you don't need/want by holding F.

alternatively, i saw a mod that gives you a radial selection menu instead of a vertical one
