Has anyone figured out what that item does? I am not talking about the 6th floor, there's literally an item called the sixth chamber

I think that the more curses you have, the more damage you do or something like that. It seems to be what the item description hints

Nada, you have to beat the 4 characters pasts for that to unlock.

I'm not sure how I got there, but I think you have to pray to the statue behind you after entering chamber 1. At some point the reaper will keep following you, turning your dungeon experience into a speedrun. Try to beat the game like that and you'll see chamber 6.

Found that item at the First Chamber in a golden chest (not the first time) Run back to the start get me the nine curses and the molotove was in no time full so.... curses=faster reuse of active items

The item will increase your coolness when your curse increases, and removes the negative effects of curse on room clear. If you don't know what coolness is, it speeds up active item recharge and makes more stuff drop on room clear.
