Using your active item with a control pad

I can't figure out for the life of me how to do this, and on the in-game menu under 'controls' it only gives me the option to switch between keyboard or gamepad. It doesn't list which buttons do what. I don't THINK it ever said how to use active items in the tutorial either, but I could have forgotten.

And for this I mean calling the ammo dump for the marine, or the motolov cocktail for the convict.

For Xbox controller it's the right trigger button. The one on the back right, not the right shoulder. Just spawn in with a Convict or Marine, and spam all of your buttons. One of them will eventually throw it, yeah?

Sure did, also I pressed every button including the triggers (this is how I also know that you can dodge roll with the B button as well as the left bumper).
