Little blue bullet baby?
I beat the first chambers boss without taking damage and idk if it has to do with that but I now have a little blue bullet baby following me around :)

Does anyone know what I did to get him?

The bullet baby is quite adorable and he just follows me around like the hunters pup but I can't figure out if he does anything or he's just hangin out lol.

It's an item called 'blue guon stone', which slows time when you get hit. Additionally it may or may not block bullets that hit it.

Ohhh ok yeah I got the Blank companion ring as a drop from the boss.

There's different guon colored stones. One of them is a heart, then there's a blue and green bullet. Possibly more, but those are the ones I've found so far.
