The Vampire or Something Like That...
So... After I saved the girl with the robot, I could manage to talk with a guy that fix elevator, after that I saved a girl vampire-like and I don't see where is she... What she does?

She's an extra shopkeeper that can either randomly appear alone, or in the shop with the usual guy.

She sells items for casings, usually 3, and they're all cursed afaik.

Yep, they are curesd but also they are cheaper :)
