Anyone figure out that giant chasm / abyss room yet?

I've found this room twice on two separate runs now, can't seem to figure out what you do in it.

It's like a giant room with just a platform upon entry and a giant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...

I've managed to somehow dodge roll my way 80% of the way across the room but it wasn't the same twice...

This indicates that there's hidden moving platforms or some such nonsense... what's on the other side, I have no idea...

I managed to get a glimps and there's a platform but I couldn't see any items and there's no indication of a treasure chest on the map... so I'm at a loss.

There's a jetpack and grappling hook as items in game that allow you to traverse pitfalls, but I've never manage to find those rooms when I have those items.

There are various items that let you fly. I found wings twice and there is definitely stuff over there, you won't need this stuff until you can consistently get to floor 5 though.

you can also use super soaker gun to put water on the platforms.

theres also the feather that gives you perm flight

Yeah I just got it, Wax Wings did the trick... you're constantly in a state of "float".

Astral Slug

It's the last component I need for that bullet, so that worked out well.
