Old Blue Bullet NPC with white mustache?
I just rescued an NPC that is an old bullet character (blue colored) with a white mustache and he said he would meet me up at the breach but when I got back there I can't find him anywhere. Is this a bug? Has anyone else come across him? I don't see him in the wiki so I'm confused...

You meet him in the shop sometimes and he sells you stuff

Ah thanks. So I'm assuming I did successfully unlock him and after a few dungeon runs he might appear in the shop, then disappear again?

His name is old red. Not every npc shows up in the breach. A bunch are in the gungeon only.
