Opening "Hidden/Secret" Rooms.

Is there any "Rule" for finding them? like the Secret rooms in Binding of Issac?

I think there's a 100% chance of a secret room inside the shop (could be extremely wrong, but every time I use a blank inside a shop I find one, have only done so five times), other than that I have no clue how to find the other secret rooms.

Wondering the same thing. Sometimes I see a crack after a fight, but after 16 runs, I have only found 2. Never really have ammo to burn to shoot at every bit of wall, so I am hoping there is some kind of rule to follow to make it a bit less ammo intensive to find; only time will tell.

You might just be getting lucky, I've not found one like that yet.

I assumed it was guaranteed because more often than not it had trash in it, like one half heart. That's a pretty poor reward for angering the shopkeeper.

Look for cracked walls - which can be revealed when shot either by you or enemies (but not by the unlimited ammo starting gun).

Only tip I have is that sometimes you can see the edge of another room from the side if you run against the wall. It won't be from the room you need to blast the hole in, but you'll realize there is no "normal" way to get there and figure out the entrance from there.

I find them pretty often in shops as well. Usually there is a wall that has a little nook that looks out of place, shoot it with a none starting gun to reveal the crack then use a "blank" to finish the job.

the only 2 surefire ways is buying/finding a map and getting the auto map ring you might also get super lucky with the table kicking blank scroll otherwise just shoot every bit of wall with the cactus gun 1000 bulets will do it

I also just found an item called Brick of Cash, secrets of the masons, and it shows secret doors.

You can also push water barrel into fireplace and then there is button or lever inside that fireplace and it unlocks secret room somewhere in that floor and there is door with 2 locks so you need 2 keys and then you get to secret floor.
