Are all "active" items one and done? Or does it just depend on the item? I thought the convicts molotov recharged...

depends on the item. I know that healing items are one time use, well the one I have found was the bun, so I know that one for sure is one time. There are others that are on cooldown and can use again after a period of time.

Anyone know if C4 recharges after use?

when u use an active it seems to recharge with KILLS, as it was not going up with me standing around but room after room it would go up, so i figured it was kills recharging it. i had a proxy mine and i was using it a few times per floor. also did anyone else go through the tutorial?..... it uses the key binds u tell it. so there is no excuse for not knowing how to play the game, as it tells u all the keys

Yeah I figured out the C4, it recharges with damage cuz I was able to use it a few times on one boss and it charged up as I dealt damage to him. I was asking if anyone knew about C4 because some "active" items recharge and some don't. So yeah apparently most if not all explosive type "active" items recharge as you deal damage.
